- Dry Cargo Chartering:
As Port Agents, PSCA plays a pivotal role in ensuring clear and timely communication and documentation between Masters, Owners, Charterers and Ports. We ensure strict adherence to clients' instructions and compliance of all Port & Customs regulations while the vessel is turned around as efficiently as possible. We provide a complete range of services, 24/7, for ship owners/operators. PSCA ensures that our principals' vessels enter and exit a port quickly and efficiently by providing a range of efficient support services while your vessel makes a call at the port. We act on behalf of ship operators / ship Owners and charterers and represent them during berthing arrangements and pier reservation, inward and outward custom clearances, co-ordination of cargo operations in port, payment of port dues, handling of requests of ship's crew and any technical assistance, if required on Board of the vessel.
